Do I need iCentral Cases to use AI Notes?
No. AI Notes works on its own, so providers and teams can start with just their notes. If you also run iCentral Cases, it is one login and one platform, and your notes live alongside the rest of your program.
Is AI Notes HIPAA-compliant?
AI Notes is HIPAA-grade by default for every customer, with field-level AES-256-GCM encryption and audit logging. We sign a BAA for the customers who need one.
Which note templates are included?
Clinical templates out of the box: SOAP, DAP, BIRP, Assessment, and Progress. Generic templates too: Meeting Minutes, Project Summary, 1:1, Interview, and Status Update. Pick a template, record, and the AI fills its fields from the transcript.
What happens when I have no internet?
