No. Everything is configured with the iCentral Designer apps (App, Form, Report, Alert, Checklist, Automation, Dashboard, and Database Designers), not custom-coded. That is why changes take hours instead of development cycles, and why custom development costs never appear.
Can our team make changes ourselves?
Yes. The same Designer apps we use are included, and training is part of onboarding. Many teams start by asking us for tweaks and gradually take over their own forms, reports, and alerts. Truly custom needs, like complex billing, we prototype and quote first.
How is the prototype different from what we launch?
The prototype exists so you can react to something real: your forms, your language, your workflow. Once you approve it, we configure the same design into your secure production system, migrate your data, and you can pilot with a BETA team before rolling it out to everyone.
