holding" typically involves assisting you, the client, with
configuration of security access rights, setting up workflow
configurations, setting up custom tracking fields, and other
assistance in tailoring the system to meet custom requirements. Also
included are live "walk-throughs" of key components such as billing,
remittance, and payroll routines.
iCentral can incorporate custom reports, forms, or features,
and/or set up data communication with other software systems.
