Professional Services (Support Level 3) include a variety of services to help compliment our systems:

Training

iCentral® can provide initial training as well as 'refreshers' or training for new staff. Remote training is an efficient solution for those 'quick refreshers' on unfamiliar topics.

- Online Self-Training: 24/7 Access to knowledge base, manual, and training videos.
- Online Group Training: Online group training sessions with support staff for all clients.
- Onsite Training: Onsite custom training for your staff.
- Remote Training: Remote custom training for your staff at their individual computers.

Implementation Support

This service is to provide you with a "smooth as possible" experience integrating the system into your business. This "hand holding" typically involves assisting you, the client, with configuration of security access rights, setting up workflow configurations, setting up custom tracking fields, and other assistance in tailoring the system to meet custom requirements. Also included are live "walk-throughs" of key components such as billing, remittance, and payroll routines.

Customization

iCentral can incorporate custom reports, forms, or features, and/or set up data communication with other software systems.

Project Management

iCentral can provide project managers for implementation and customization projects.

Data Conversion

iCentral® will provide templates in Excel/Access for you, the client, to be able to import your existing 'legacy data' and/or iCentral® will develop routines to perform data conversion directly from legacy data.

Business Analysis

This service is to provide you with a detailed analysis of your business and how to best integrate our solutions into your operations.

Technical Analysis

This service is to provide you, the client, with a detailed analysis of your technical requirements, and how desired customizations and integration with existing systems can be best be achieved and configured.
